From its glory of being an elegant residence, the name was first established as a hospital in 1961. Purchased in August 1994, Holroyd Private (formerly Guildford Heights Private Hospital) was the first hospital owned by Independent Private Hospitals of Australia.
A multi-million rebuilding program that took almost a year to achieve the current high standard facility seen today.
The Hospital has a purpose-built Day Surgery Unit; three (3) Operating Theatres; eight (8) bed Recovery Unit and 39 bed medical/surgical ward including four bed High Dependency Unit (HDU) which offer the highest medical standards and outstanding personalised patient care.
